A. At this time, DRPA does not offer this service.

Q. I'm looking for information on shipping cargo on the Delaware River to the ports of Philadelphia and South Jersey. Who do I contact?
A. For information regarding ports and marine terminals located along the Pennsylvania and New Jersey sides of the Delaware River, contact either the Phila Port at (215) 426-2600 or the South Jersey Port Corporation at (856) 541-8500.

Q. I need assistance regarding the Tacony-Palmyra or Burlington-Bristol Bridge, can you help me?
A. The Delaware River Port Authority does not own, operate, or maintain the Burlington Bristol and Tacony-Palmyra Bridges. Inquiries concerning these bridges should be directed to the Burlington County Bridge Commission.

Q. I need assistance regarding the Delaware Memorial Bridge, can you help me?
A. The Delaware River Port Authority does not own, operate, or maintain the Delaware Memorial Bridge. Inquiries regarding this bridge should be directed to the Delaware River & Bay Authority.

Q. I am calling to verify the employment of a DRPA/PATCO employee. Who do I contact?
A. Employment verification requests for specific employees are processed by DRPA's Department of Human Resource Services (HRS).

Q. My FREEDOM Card was lost/stolen. Who do I contact?
A. If your FREEDOM Card is registered, your balance is protected from the time you report the loss to our FREEDOM Card Service Center (877-373-6777) or via your on-line account at www.patcofreedomcard.org.

Q. What is the maximum amount of time a customer can park at any given train station?
A. The maximum amount of time a customer is allowed to park their car is typically 24 hours. If additional time is needed for special circumstances, contact (856) 772-6968 during the hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. from Monday to Friday to make a special request prior to the date needed.
