The Delaware River Port Authority ("Authority") hereby seeks firms to submit Proposals for professional consulting services for the OVERHAUL OF TRANSIT CAR GEAR UNIT TYPE: GE7GA56 B-1 B-2 D-1. One (1) electronic copy of the Proposal, along with other technical and commercial documents, shall be submitted, via the Authority’s SAP Ariba Network, no later than 2:00 p.m. EST by Wednesday, April 1, 2026.
