Request For Proposals -- PATCO-01-2026 – One Year Contract for Purchase and Delivery of Unleaded Automotive Gasoline, Ultra-Low Sulfur Diesel, and 2% Biodiesel for DRPA & PATCO
The Delaware River Port Authority and the Port Authority Transit Corporation (“Authority”) hereby invites interested suppliers to submit sealed proposals for PATCO-01-2026 - One (1) Year Contract for the Purchase and Delivery of Unleaded Automotive Gasoline, Ultra-Low Sulfur Diesel, and 2% Biodiesel for the Delaware River Port Authority (DRPA) and Port Authority Transit Corporation (PATCO). This public advertisement constitutes the Authority’s formal solicitation.
Sealed Proposals, Political Contribution Form and Certification, shall be received until Thursday, March 19, 2026 @ 2:00PM at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Faxed or e-mailed copies of Proposals will NOT be accepted.
