Ben Franklin Bridge 5th Street Vehicle Tunnel Closed Monday Morning On September 23 Through Friday Afternoon On September 27

The Ben Franklin Bridge 5th Street vehicular tunnel in Philadelphia will close at 7 a.m. on Monday September 23 and reopen at  3 p.m. on Friday September 27.  The tunnel will be closed for inspections.
