This survey is for people who use the Ben Franklin Bridge to enter Philadelphia and/or drive west on the Vine Street Expressway (I-676) weekdays between 6:00 and 9:00 a.m.

The Delaware River Port Authority (DRPA) is conducting a Traffic Mitigation Study to improve morning travel on these roadways.


1. When traffic backs up in the morning on the Ben Franklin Bridge and/or Vine Street Expressway (I-676), how much time does it usually add to your morning travel?
