An online survey was conducted October 24 through November 8, 2016 to solicit input from our customers, stakeholders and the general public. The purpose of the survey was to develop an understanding of your perception of the agency and its services, and to identify ways in which we can better serve your needs.

Last year, the Delaware River Port Authority (DRPA) & the Port Authority Transit Corporation (PATCO) adopted a new mission statement, and set forth a bold and aspirational vision that supports the Authority’s highest organizational values: Stewardship, Service and Community.

Recently, the DRPA initiated a new strategic planning process. This process is designed to help clarify our future direction, define priorities and help build even greater capacity to carry out our mission and help us realize our vision to be highly regarded as a “World-Class Stewardship” organization. At the core of this process is finding ways to improve the service that we provide to our valued customers.

Public input is a vital part of this process and will help us as we develop the Authority’s five-year strategic plan.
