Request For Proposal (RFP) -- BOARD SUPPORT AND DEVELOPMENT SERVICES

 

The Delaware River Port Authority (“Authority”) hereby invites interested professional consulting firms to submit a Request for Proposals (RFP) to provide consulting services for the Board Support and Development Services Project.  One (1) electronic copy of the Proposal, along with other technical and commercial documents shall be submitted, via SAP Ariba, no later than 2:00 p.m. EST by Tuesday, June 17, 2021.  

The work to be completed under this contract consists of assisting the Authority’s Board of Commissioners in the development and implementation of a comprehensive Board development program to improve operational and Board processes, enhance communication, strengthen alignment and maximize effectiveness of the Authority’s Board governance, consistent with the Authority’s approach to continuous improvement.

The Authority will consider only those bids received from parties who have obtained Contract Documents directly from the Authority.  Contract Documents are not transferable to other parties for bidding purposes.  Bids received from firms whose names are not recorded by the Authority as having secured documents for this Contract will be rejected.

The DRPA and PATCO are now utilizing the Ariba Network for all sourcing, contracts, and supplier management. In order to compete for procurement opportunities with the Authority, your company must register on the Ariba Network and complete the Authority's supplier registration questionnaire. You can register on the Ariba Network at any time. Registration is free, quick and easy. Please refer to the DRPA Procurement website (http://www.drpa.org/procurement/) for more information. 

Responses to this RFP must be submitted electronically via the Ariba Network.  FAXED, E-MAILED, AND/OR HARDCOPIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The Ariba submission requirement is mandatory and non-waivable.

SINGLE POINT OF CONTACT

The DRPA has established a single point of contact for this procurement.  From the issue date of this RFP and until full execution of the Contract Agreement, the Sole Point of Contact shall be the Contract Administrator whose name and contact information appears below.  Please refer all inquiries to this Contracting Officer.

Any violation of this condition may be cause for the DRPA to reject the offending Proposal or rescind the contract award.  Proposers agree not to distribute any part of their proposals beyond the Contracts Department.  A Proposer that shares information contained in its proposal with other DRPA personnel and/or with a competing Proposer may be disqualified and its proposal may be rejected.
