Request For Proposal (RFP) -- Affirmative Action Plan (AAP)

 

The Delaware River Port Authority (“Authority”) hereby invites interested professional consulting firms to submit Proposals to develop an Affirmative Action Plan (AAP). One (1) electronic copy of the Proposal, along with other technical and commercial documents shall be submitted, via SAP Ariba, no later than 2:00 p.m. EST by Wednesday, July 22, 2020.

The Authority is seeking qualifications and proposals from consultants interested in developing an Affirmative Action Plan (AAP).  The Plan shall be conducted in conformance with Federal and State Regulations. As the recipient of Federal and State grants the Authority is interested in maintaining compliance with all applicable federal and state requirements concerning nondiscrimination in hiring, promotion, and retention.

All Firms shall be expected to completely and thoroughly examine all Request for Proposals (RFP) Documents to become fully aware of the project scope and requirements prior to submitting a proposal.

The Authority will consider only those bids received from parties who have obtained Contract Documents directly from the Authority.  Contract Documents are not transferable to other parties for bidding purposes.  Bids received from firms whose names are not recorded by the Authority as having secured documents for this Contract will be rejected.

The DRPA and PATCO are now utilizing the Ariba Network for all sourcing, contracts, and supplier management. In order to compete for procurement opportunities with the Authority, your company must register on the Ariba Network and complete the Authority's supplier registration questionnaire. You can register on the Ariba Network at any time. Registration is free, quick and easy. Please refer to the DRPA Procurement website (http://www.drpa.org/procurement/) for more information. 

Responses to this RFP must be submitted electronically via the Ariba Network.  FAXED, E-MAILED, AND/OR HARDCOPIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The Ariba submission requirement is mandatory and non-waivable.
