Tickets by Mail
| You can buy two- and ten-trip tickets in advance by mail. Pick up a yellow Ticket Sales envelope at our stations or call (856/772-6900) for more information. |
Defective Tickets
| The most common cause for defective tickets is exposure to a magnet. To replace a defective ticket, look for a white "Claim Envelope" located in the brochure rack near the Call For Aid telephone. Fill out the information, insert the ticket, and deposit the claim envelope in the drop slot located in every station near the Call For Aid telephone. When you submit your 10-ride ticket through the claims process, we will analyze it to determine the number of rides remaining, and you will receive tickets for the remaining rides in the mail. If you can't locate a claim envelope, you may use a regular envelope. Please be sure to include your name, address, and station where you experienced the problem.
