The Office of Business Development & Equal Opportunity (OBD&EO) is the office at the Delaware River Port Authority responsible for administering the Authority's nondiscrimination programs.

The Office of Business Development is proud to provide you with on-line access to its 2011 Year End Report. The report summarizes all awards made to certified disadvantaged, minority and women-owned businesses in 2011, and reports on the actual dollars paid to these businesses.

Since 1994, the year we implemented our program, we have paid more than $270 million to M/W/DBEs.
