Transportation: develop airport penetration strategies for the private sector, conduct economic/community analysis in connection with air service development initiatives; identify labor, economic and demographic trends; act as the liaison in galvanzing the business community to support airport/transit initiatives, identify affected stakeholders in major capital projects and develop marketing and communication strategies to enhance thier support as allies, develop consenus building techniques and strategies, design public workshops, meetings and hearings, benchmark economic, financial and operating data. Strategic Marketing and Planning: develop competitive strategies for market penetration, design public involvement/participation programs in connection with capital improvement and development projects, conduct strategic factor analysis assessing a company's strengths as well as weaknesses and identify opportunities and threats, internal and external, develop marketing strategies to position development projects; bridge the community credibility zone by creating action plans to neutralize opposition, analyze the socio-economic landscape: population trends, income distribution, employment patterns and shifts in the economic base that may potentially affect a project. Business Development: indentify and assess new business opportunities including targeting specific public sector agencies for market penetration and designing and packaging appropriate entry strategies, identify emerging markets for products and or services; prepare strategic market entry reports, analyzing the relevent political, economic and commercial data, assist in the prepartation of bid and proposal packages; position firms to compete on public sector projects by identifying the major competition and the primary decision-makers as well as development differentiated teaming strategies. |
