Starting Wednesday, August 15, Pearl Street, between 3rd and 5th, in Camden will be closed overnights from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. on weekdays through September 28. Due to the nature of construction, neighbors will experience a minimum level of noise and bright work lights.
