DRPA Chairman Ryan N. Boyer Welcomes Osagie Imasogie to Board of Commissioners


Imasogie to serve as designee of Pennsylvania Treasurer Timothy Reese

CAMDEN, N.J. (February 12, 2016): Delaware River Port Authority (DRPA) Chairman Ryan N. Boyer today applauded the appointment of pharmaceutical and business leader Osagie Imasogie as the Board designee of Pennsylvania Treasurer Timothy Reese.

“I am pleased to join with my fellow Commissioners in welcoming Osagie Imasogie to the DRPA Board as the designee of Pennsylvania Treasurer Timothy Reese,” said DRPA Chairman Ryan N. Boyer.

“Osagie is a visionary leader who brings a wealth of experience in a wide range of disciplines, including law, finance and business management. His accomplishments as an entrepreneur and innovator will bring the kind of energy and willingness to explore new approaches that will result in tangible benefit to the Authority. I applaud Treasurer Reese’s designation of Osagie and I look forward to working closely with him as he adds his insight and knowledge to the DRPA Board.”

As the designee of the Pennsylvania Treasurer, Mr. Imasogie will become one of eight Pennsylvania commissioners. New Jersey is also represented by eight members on the DRPA Board.
