*Information On the Use of Your Social Security Number (SS#)

Your SS# is used only once as the first point of entry into our voluntary program. We have a very large database of participants and many share the same first and last names.

Once your SS# is entered in our database, the form on which your SS# is received is first shredded and then properly disposed.

Our database has been encrypted to prevent any unauthorized access to it.

We never share your information with other agencies or organizations.

To prevent fraudulent use of the tickets, we frequently audit our database using information provided by the Social Security Administration.

Once registered in the program, you are only required to supply your name, address and the last four (4) digits of your SS#.
