IFB No. DRPA-01-2017 - Two (2) Year Maintenance, Training & Emergency Service Agreement for Petroleum Fuel Storage Management and Dispensing System for DRPA & PATCO
Date of bid opening: Wednesday, January 25, 2017 at 11 a.m.
MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE: Will be held on Wednesday, January 18, 2017 @ 10:00AM at the Ben Franklin Bridge Administration Building, 2nd Floor Conference Room, Camden, NJ 08101.
MANDATORY SITE INSPECTIONS: Will be held immediately following the Pre-Bid Conference at the following locations and times:
- Ben Franklin Bridge (will be used as model for BRB & CBB): immediately following the pre-bid conference
- Walt Whitman Bridge: immediately following BFB
- PATCO: immediately following WWB

Sealed bids for said Invitation for Bid will be received until the time and date specified at which time they will be publicly opened and read.
The Delaware River Port Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids and make an award to the qualified bidder deemed to be in the best interest of the Delaware River Port Authority.
