IFB No. DRPA-15-2016 - Two (2) Year Maintenance Training & Emergency Service Agreement for Petroleum Fuel Storage Management and Dispensing System for DRPA & PATCO


DATE OF BID OPENING: Thursday, December 1, 2016 at 11 a.m.

MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE: Will be held on Thursday, November 17, 2016 at 10:00AM at the Ben Franklin Bridge Administration Building, 2nd Floor Conference Room, Camden, NJ 08101.

MANDATORY SITE INSPECTIONS: Will be held immediately following the Pre-Bid Conference at the following locations:                

  • Ben Franklin Bridge - 10:00 AM (will be used as model for BRB & CBB)
  • Walt Whitman Bridge - immediately following BFB         
  • PATCO - immediately following WWB

The Specifications, Bid Documents and related bidding instructions may be obtained on or after Friday, November 4, 2016 from the Purchasing Office, Finance Division, Delaware River Port Authority, One Port Center, 2 Riverside Drive, PO Box 1949, Camden, NJ  08101.  Telephone (856) 968-2184 or (215) 218-3750.

Sealed bids for said Invitation for Bid will be received until the time and date specified at which time they will be publicly opened and read.

The Delaware River Port Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids and make an award to the qualified bidder deemed to be in the best interest of the Delaware River Port Authority.
