A MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL TAKE PLACE ON TUESDAY, July 12, 2016 AT 10:00AM AT THE PATCO MAINTENANCE FACILITY, BUILDING NO. 1, LINDENWOLD, NJ 08021.

Date of bid opening: July 21, 2016 at 11 a.m.

The Specifications, Bid Documents and related bidding instructions may be obtained on or after Monday, June 27, 2016 from the Purchasing Office, Administrative Division, Port Authority Transit Corporation, Carlton Street, PO Box 4262, Lindenwold, New Jersey 08021-0218. Sealed bids for said Request For Bids will be received until the time and date specified at which time they will be publicly opened and read.

The Port Authority Transit Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all bids and make an award to the qualified bidder deemed to be in the best interest of the Delaware River Port Authority.
