Sealed bids for said Invitation for Bids will be received until the time and date specified at which time they will be publicly opened and read.

The Port Authority Transit Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all bids and make an award to the qualified bidder deemed to be in the best interest of the Port Authority Transit Corporation.
