RFP - Freedom Card Service Center Support Staff


Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting:  August 28, 2013 at 10 am in the DRPA 7th Floor West Conference Room

Deadline for Questions:  August 30, 2013

Proposals Due:   Thursday, September 19, 2013 by 2 PM

The Port Authority Transit Corporation (PATCO) a subsidiary of the Delaware River Port Authority (DRPA) of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey hereby invites interested qualified professional consulting firms to submit a proposal to provide a fully managed customer service center function in support of PATCO’s Automated Fare Collection system.

The Scope of Services required for this project shall include, but not be limited to; all card base management functions:  customer inquiries, complaints and discrepancies, balance protection, transit benefits, hot card list, autoload (directed and threshold based), photo ID card management, Reduced Fare Program, application processing, mail processing, website inquiries and trouble shooting and coordination with Center Tower.
