Date Of Bid Opening Tuesday, October 18, 2011 @11:00AM 

Mandatory Pre-Bid & Site Inspection: Will be conducted on Tuesday, October 11, 2011 @ 10:00 AM at the Ben Franklin Bridge, Administration Building, 2nd Floor Conference Room, Camden, NJ 08101. The Mandatory Site Inspection will be conducted immediately following the Pre-Bid Conference at the Ben Franklin Bridge. The Ben Franklin Bridge will be the “only” site used as a typical model during the Mandatory Site Inspection, as a representation of identical scope of work for the Betsy Ross, Commodore Barry and Walt Whitman Bridges. The Mandatory Site Inspection for PATCO will be conducted immediately following the Ben Franklin Bridge Site Inspection at the PATCO Maintenance Building, Carlton Street, Lindenwold, NJ 08021.

The Specifications, Bid Documents and related bidding instructions may be obtained on or after Thursday,September 29,2011 from the Purchasing Office, Finance Division, Delaware River Port Authority, One Port Center, 2 Riverside Drive, PO Box 1949, Camden, NJ  08101.  Telephone (856) 968-2184 or (215) 218-3750.

Sealed bids for said Request For Bids will be received until the time and date specified at which time they will be publicly opened and read.

The Delaware River Port Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids and make an award to the qualified bidder deemed to be in the best interest of the Delaware River Port Authority.
