RFP To Provide Boardroom Audio Services

Mandatory pre-proposal meeting/site visit will take place on Tuesday, June 21, 2011, 2:00PM at DRPA headquarters, in the 11th floor Boardroom.

All proposals must be received no later than 2:00PM on June 30, 2011 regardless of delivery in person or by mail.


The Delaware River Port Authority (Authority) hereby invites interested qualified Professional service firms to submit a Proposal for Audio services during Board meetings.

The Delaware River Port Authority is seeking vendors that are experienced in the use of Audio and Video equipment for the recording of public Board meetings.

All proposals must be received no later than 2:00PM on June 30, 2011 regardless of delivery in person or by mail.

All bidders are required to attend a mandatory pre-proposal meeting.  Failure to attend the pre-proposal meeting will result in the bidder being deemed non-responsive and his/her proposal summarily rejected.  The mandatory pre-proposal meeting/site visit will take place on Tuesday, June 21, 2011, 2:00PM at DRPA headquarters, in the 11th floor Boardroom.
