RFP - Riverlink Ferry System Operations

The Delaware River Port Authority (Authority) hereby invites professional transportation management firms to submit Technical and Cost Proposals for operation of the Riverlink Ferry System, which currently provides seasonal ferry service between Penn’s Landing in Philadelphia, PA and Wiggins Park in Camden, NJ. 

The Scope of Services the Authority requires is detailed in the Request for Proposals (RFP), which can be obtained by clicking on the link below. 

A mandatory pre-proposal meeting and site visit will be held on Wednesday, October 20, 2010 at 10:00 AM at the Wiggins Park ferry dock in Camden, NJ.  The mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will include a tour of the Camden and Philadelphia docking sites, as well as a tour of the Ferry.  A proposal received from any firm which is not represented at the pre-proposal meeting will not be considered and will be returned to the firm unopened.

Six (6) copies and an original of the written Technical and Cost Proposals prepared in accordance with DRPA’s RFP must be received by the Authority no later than 2:00 p.m. on November 4, 2010.  Proposals should be addressed to Howard Korsen.
