RFP - Purchase Of A Software Tool For Human Resource Services Performance Management, Employee Development & Succession Planning

Mandatory  Pre-proposal meeting/site Visit Will Take Place On Thursday, February 11, 2010, 10:00AM at DRPA Headquarters, In The 9th Floor HR Conference Room.

Proposals Must Be Received No Later Than 2:00PM On March 4, 2010

The Delaware River Port Authority (Authority) hereby invites interested qualified professional service firms to submit a Proposal for Performance management, employee development and succession planning.

The Delaware River Port Authority is seeking vendors that are experienced in the use of software for Human Resource Services performance management, employee development and succession planning.
Further information regarding the project background, proposed Scope of Work, technical and cost proposal requirements and project schedule can be found in the Authority’s detailed Request for Proposals which is available on the website link listed below.  All proposals must be received no later than 2:00PM on March 4, 2010 regardless of delivery in person or by mail.  Questions on this request for proposal may be directed to Jan S. Odjemski, Contract Administrator at (856) 968-2084.  All bidders are required to attend a mandatory pre-proposal meeting.  Failure to attend the pre-proposal meeting will result in the bidder being deemed non-responsive and his/her proposal summarily rejected.  The mandatory  pre-proposal meeting/site visit will take place on Thursday, February 11, 2010, 10:00AM at DRPA headquarters, in the 9th floor HR conference room.  Since this is the second release of this RFP the participants of the previous pre-proposal meeting on January 26, 2010 need not attend and will be eligible to submit proposals.  The list of participants from both meetings will be shared with attendants of both meetings.
