Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference And Site Inspection: Will be held on Tuesday, September 15, 2009 @ 10:00 AM at the Ben Franklin Bridge, Administration Building, 2nd Floor Lounge, Camden, NJ, 08101.

NOTE: The Mandatory Site Inspection will immediately follow the Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference. All Personnel attending the site inspection should have their own PPE – safety vests, hard hats and proper work shoes, as the inspection will require climbing ladders and across the steel under the walkway.

The Specifications, Bid Documents and related bidding instructions may be obtained on or after Thursday, September 3, 2009 from the Purchasing Office, Finance Division, Delaware River Port Authority, One Port Center, 2 Riverside Drive, PO Box 1949, Camden, NJ  08101.  Telephone (856) 968-2184 or (215) 218-3750.

Sealed bids for said Request For Bids will be received until the time and date specified at which time they will be publicly opened and read.

The Delaware River Port Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids and make an award to the qualified bidder deemed to be in the best interest of the Delaware River Port Authority.
