RFQ - Authority~Wide Photocopier And Printer Upgrade Project

The Delaware River Port Authority (DRPA) hereby invites Photocopier and/or their respective Photocopier Authorized Resellers/Partners to submit a Statement of Qualifications to supply and implement an Authority-Wide Photocopier and Printer Upgrade, as required.  Firms wishing to submit a Statement of Qualifications must demonstrate experience in Photocopiers and Printers, low to high volume capacities, multi-functional features with network capabilities and In-House Print Shop production complexities.

The Delaware River Port Authority (DRPA) will accept Statement of Qualifications from businesses that supply Photocopiers and Printers, as the eventual contract will result in a single award.
 
The Scope of Services the Authority requires includes, but is not limited to: 

  1. Supply Photocopiers (Color and Black & White) with network capabilities to print from the Authority’s network, email, and fax and scan documents
  2. Supply limited amount of Printers (Color and Black & White)
  3. Provide equipment training
  4. Include supplies (various exclusions will apply)
  5. Service equipment, as required 

Eight (8) copies of the written Statement of Qualifications must be received by the Authority no later than 3:00 PM on Friday, March 20, 2009.  The Statement of Qualifications should be addressed to Mr. Howard Korsen, Manager, Contract Administration, Delaware River Port Authority, One Port Center, 2 Riverside Drive, P.O. Box 1949, Camden, New Jersey 08101. The mailing envelope containing the Statement of Qualifications shall be labeled "AUTHORITY-~WIDE PHOTOCOPIER AND PRINTER UPGRADE PROJECT.
 
The Statement of Qualifications shall describe, in six (6) pages or less, the qualifications of the firm and the key personnel in the areas of business Photocopier and Printer Upgrade Projects and shall briefly describe similar projects successfully completed in the last five years by the firm and the key personnel.  The Statement of Qualifications will be used by the Authority to establish a short list of firms to receive a Request for Proposal and to engage a firm for this project.

This public advertisement constitutes the Delaware River Port Authority's formal solicitation to determine the interest of qualified professional consulting firms in the stated project.
