Note:  A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will take place on Wednesday, July 16, 2008 at 10:00am at the PATCO Maintenance Facility at the end of Carlton St in Lindenwold, NJ 08021.

The Specifications, Bid Documents and related bidding instructions may be obtained on or after Tuesday, July 8, 2008, from the Purchasing Office, Administrative Division, Port Authority Transit Corporation, Carlton Street, PO Box 4262, Lindenwold, New Jersey 08021-0218. Sealed bids for said Request For Bids will be received until the time and date specified at which time they will be publicly opened and read.

The Port Authority Transit Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all bids and make an award to the qualified bidder deemed to be in the best interest of the Delaware River Port Authority.

This project will be funded with substantial assistance from the Federal Department of Transportation (DOT), Federal Transit Administration (FTA).
