RFQ - Maintenance Services For The Drpa 800 MHz Radio Communications System

The Delaware River Port Authority (DRPA) hereby invites communications-system maintenance contractors with the expertise necessary to maintain its M/A Com, EDACS, 800 MHz trunked, simulcast, multi-site radio system to submit Statements of Qualifications for Maintenance Services for the DRPA 800 MHZ Radio Communications System. Six (6) copies of the written Statements [three (3) pages maximum] of Qualifications must be received by the Authority no later than 4 PM EDT on May 30, 2008. The Statements of Qualification should be addressed to Mr. William C. Brooks, P.E., Director of Engineering/Chief Engineer, Delaware River Port Authority’s Engineering Office located on the 7th floor of One Port Center, 2 Riverside Drive, Camden, New Jersey 08101-1949. The Statement shall describe the firm’s qualifications in the area of EDACS system maintenance and shall briefly describe similar type services successfully provided by the firm. The mailing envelope containing the Statement of Qualifications shall be labeled “Statement of Qualifications, Maintenance Services for the DRPA 800 MHZ Radio Communications System.” The Statement of Qualifications will be used by the Authority to establish a short list of consultants to receive a Request for Proposal. This public advertisement constitutes the Delaware River Port Authority’s formal solicitation to determine the interest of qualified, professional firms in the aforesaid project.
