RFP -Cruise Terminal Marketing And Public Relations Plan

The Delaware River Port Authority (Authority) hereby invites interested qualified professional service firms to submit a Proposal for a Public Relations and Marketing Plan for the Philadelphia Cruise Terminal. The Delaware River Port Authority (hereinafter referred to as DRPA) desires to engage the services of a professional planning/consulting engineering firm to design a Public Relations and Marketing Plan for the Cruise Ship Terminal located at the Philadelphia Naval Business Center. Further information regarding the project background, proposed Scope of Work, technical and cost proposal requirements and project schedule can be found in the Authority’s detailed Request for Proposals which is available on the website link listed below. All proposals must be received regardless of delivery in person or by mail. Questions on this request for proposal may be directed to Jan Odjemski, Contract Administrator at (856) 968-2084. All bidders are required to attend a mandatory pre-proposal meeting. Failure to attend the pre-proposal meeting will result in the bidder being deemed non-responsive and his/her proposal summarily rejected. The mandatory pre-proposal meeting will take place on Tuesday, February 27, 2007, 10:00AM at the DRPA Headquarters in the 7th floor south conference room located at One Port Center, 2 Riverside Drive, Camden, New Jersey 08101.
